HOA Dues & Assessment Information

Yearly - $4,986.00
Monthly - $415.50 (12 installments)

($100 discount if paid yearly by the end of January)

·         HOA dues include water, sewer, trash, wi-fi, and all amenities.

·          Electricity and Fire Dues are not included in the HOA dues. 

* Per Master Deed and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements 3.1.7, “No Unit shall be continuously occupied as a full time or permanent residence".
