HOA Dues & Assessment Information

Yearly - $4,572.00 
Quarterly - $1,143.00 
Monthly - $508.00 (9 installments)

($100 discount if paid yearly by the end of January)

·         HOA dues include water, sewer, trash, wi-fi, and all amenities.

·          Electricity is not included in the dues. 

Special Assessment #1:

2023 Capital Improvements

One lump sum of $1,175.71/lot due May 1, 2024.

Special Assessment #2:

Fund upgrade our Waste Water Treatment Facility (WWTF)/lot.  Payments for this assessment can be paid with the following options: 

One lump sum of $5,512.56 due May 1,2024
Two payments of $2,756.28 due May 1, 2024 and March 1, 2025
14 Monthly payments beginning May 1, 2024 through June 1,2025
4 quarterly payments of $1,378.24 beginning May 1, 2024 through April 1 2025

* Per Master Deed and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements 3.1.7, “No Unit shall be continuously occupied as a full time or permanent residence.
