Welcome to this beautiful SHADED lot with multiple views of the lake
and close proximity to the courtesy dock. Room to park up to a 45
foot fifth wheel. (Pull in rigs also allowed on back in lots). This
lot doesn’t have much for upgrades which leaves it open to make
your mark on it.
HOA dues are $1,143.00 per quarter. Dues include internet, water,
sewer, daily trash pick-up, lawn maintenance and security. There are
some owner only amenities like a beautiful club house and large
owners pool.
Each owner pays their own electric (can share our annual cost on
request for electric).
Owners can choose to participate in rental program, if not leaving
RV on-site full time. The resort manages the rental for a fee and
then pays the lot owner their part. It can help offset dues.
